Devanya
Build a brand identity for a luxury hill development that could justify a premium price point and attract a discerning community without leaning on the tired tropes of luxury real estate.
All creatives were developed while at Illum Design Project in 2018.

Devanya is an upscale second home hill development in Matyal, Uttarakhand. Nestled at a height of 6000-6700 ft. in Dev Bhumi, ‘Land of the Gods’, the estate spreads across 90 acres of pure beauty and lush Himalayan forests.
The concept was rooted in genius loci or ‘spirit of place’, the idea that great design doesn't impose itself on a place, but grows from it. At that altitude, in that landscape, Devanya's brand needed to carry real weight. I led the full scope: logo development, typography, a ten-board marketing communication suite covering architectural principles, community philosophy, and available villas, a custom USB with location film, and personalised stationery. The website extended the same restraint into a digital experience.
