U-tone by Shalini

U-TONE by Shalini is a well-equipped Pilates Studio offering high-quality personal and group sessions for women. Led by Shalini Khandelwal, an experienced pilates certified instructor, Shalini’s dynamic classes have grown in popularity over the years and are suitable for a wide range of people across diverse age groups.

For inspiration, I started with the equipment itself. The Reformer, the defining machine of Pilates practice became the conceptual anchor for the logo. Its push-pull mechanics and spring-based resistance informed a mark built around the same qualities, strength, balance, and endless combinations of movement. A vibrant, bold colour palette was a deliberate counter to the muted tones common in wellness branding, signalling dynamic, high-energy sessions. I built the full identity system: logo, colour and typography, signage, business cards, and a complete website.
